According to the hex checker, 50h and 70h, I'm not sure why but it said those were invalid.
All I had to do to fix it was to copy the 50h and 70h lines from a Pokemon marked legit in Legit.exe and Hex Checker and paste it into the Umbreon's 50h and 70h lines then run it through legit.exe for the correct checksum. I filled that in and it came out legit in both Legit.exe and Hex Checker
